Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional business name, and your message. That is all it collects. When you send it, the message is emailed to our own inbox so a person can read it and reply.

If you order a product, we also use whatever business details you send us, such as your business name, address, services, and website.

To build a deliverable we look up publicly available information about the business. That includes public business listings such as a Google Business Profile, public reviews and ratings, public search results, and the business website.

We collect this about businesses, not about private individuals. If a public listing happens to contain a personal name, such as an owner name shown on the listing, it may appear in our records because it was published there.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the address of the request and the browser type. We use that to keep the site running and to detect abuse. When you open a delivered page, we record that it was opened and how many times, so we know a purchase reached the buyer.

• To send you the emails that are part of a product you bought, such as a monthly report.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form.

Deliverable content is written by an AI model. The business information described above is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so the model can write the document you ordered. Do not send us information you would not want processed that way. Our contact form does not need, and should never be given, card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or health information.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else advertising to you. We share it only with the services we need to run the business:

• Anthropic, which runs the AI model that writes deliverable content.
• Brevo, which sends our email.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the site and the deliverables.
• Data providers that supply public business listing and search information.
• Stripe, once card checkout is switched on. Stripe would handle card details directly, and we would not hold your full card number at any point.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep contact messages and order records for as long as we need them to run and account for the business, and we keep a delivered page available so you can come back to it. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule. If you want your information removed sooner, ask us through the contact form and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Ask us to stop emailing you. Marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link in every message.

Send any of these requests through the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour a valid request under that law.

A delivered page is protected by a long, unguessable web address rather than a login. That keeps it out of search engines and away from anyone guessing, but it also means anyone you forward the link to can read it. Share it carefully. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that a transmission over the internet is completely safe.

This site sells to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
