Every product on this site is a digital document. There is no printed copy, no shipment, and no scheduled consulting time included unless we agree to it separately in writing.

A purchase is delivered as a private web page at a long, unguessable web address. Anyone who has that address can read the page, so treat it like a password and only share it with people you trust. We do not put a login in front of it.

We intend to keep your delivered page available for as long as we run this service, but we do not promise permanent hosting. Copy anything you want to keep. Every block on the page has a copy button.

Deliverables are generated automatically. Software gathers information about your business from public sources, including your public Google listing and public search results, and an AI model writes the document from that information.

This has consequences you should understand before you buy. Automatic writing can be wrong. Facts can be out of date, a category can be mislabelled, and a sentence can describe your business in a way you would not. Everything we deliver is a draft for you to review, edit, and approve before you publish it anywhere.

You are responsible for checking accuracy, claims, prices, hours, and anything regulated in your industry before it goes live under your name.

• We do not guarantee any search ranking, map placement, review count, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue.
• We do not control Google or any other platform, and we cannot promise that a platform will accept, keep, or display anything we write.
• We do not promise that any figure or comparison stays accurate after the day it was produced, because listing data changes constantly.
• We are not lawyers, accountants, or tax advisers, and nothing we deliver is legal, financial, or tax advice.

• Give us accurate information about your business when we ask for it.
• Only order for a business you own or are authorised to act for.
• Review every draft before publishing it.
• Do not resell, relicense, or redistribute our deliverables as your own product.

You may use what we deliver for your own business, including on your website, your listings, and your social accounts, for as long as you like. That use is yours. The underlying formats, prompts, and software that produce it remain ours.

Prices shown on the site are in United States dollars and are the whole price for that product. Card payment through our checkout is not switched on yet. Until it is, an order starts through the contact form and we will tell you how payment is handled before you owe anything. When checkout goes live it will be processed by Stripe, and Stripe will handle your card details directly.

Some products, such as the Visibility Monitor, are monthly. A monthly product renews automatically each month until you cancel, and each renewal is charged at the rate you signed up at.

You can cancel at any time through the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep access for the rest of that month and you are not charged again. We do not require a reason and there is no cancellation fee or minimum term.

We may decline an order or stop providing a product if the request is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or for a business you are not authorised to act for. If we end a paid subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Our products are provided as they are, without any warranty that they will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes are not applied retroactively to a purchase you already made.
